• 1/3 cup of fruit water (grapes in water)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of flour
  • Sugar and oil (optional)

1. Ask a grown-up to help you fill a jar with water. Put an organic fruit in the water and close the lid.

2. Wait 3-4 days for the water to get cloudy (ferment).

3. Ask an adult to help you measure 2 cups of flour into a bowl.

4. Pour 1/3 cup of the fruit water into the bowl.

5. Add some salt to the mix. You can sugar and oil too.

6. Stir the ingredients until smooth.

7. Wait 2-4 hours for the dough to get big (double in size).

8. Take the dough out of the bowl and make it into a ball.

9. Put the dough into a proofing basket for 2-4 hours to let it get bigger.

10. Put the dough on a baking sheet.

11. Ask a grown-up to help you set the oven to 350 degrees. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 45 minutes.

Congratulations and enjoy!
